Project description
Architected and delivered a fully integrated AI-powered mobile email management system aimed at improving professional productivity through intelligent automation. Designed the application using React Native (Expo) with a modular architecture supporting advanced functionalities such as AI-based email classification, threaded conversations, and context-aware automated response suggestions. Developed custom filtering mechanisms for inbox segmentation (new, read, social, and threaded) and implemented real-time push notifications using Supabase for dynamic updates. Built and deployed a Node.js (Express) backend leveraging OpenAI APIs for natural language understanding and contextual email response generation, while integrating with both Gmail API and Microsoft Graph API for multi-provider email synchronization. Implemented secure authentication using Google OAuth and designed a Supabase-based user management system for scalability and security. Focused on performance optimization and mobile UX consistency across Android and iOS platforms, ensuring responsive navigation, offline caching, and instant synchronization. The result was an intelligent mobile productivity suite that reduced email management time by over 60%, enabling professionals to focus on essential communication.
