My Role Full-Stack Developer & DevOps Engineer
Developed a flash security and workforce management mobile application supporting job assignment, task tracking, and real-time guard monitoring with GPS and NFC technologies. Implemented calendar scheduling, barcode scanning, photo evidence capture, and automated PDF reporting for compliance verification. Built the app using React Native (Expo) and AWS serverless infrastructure (Lambda, Cognito, DynamoDB, S3) to ensure scalability, security, and low-latency performance.
Project description
Designed and implemented a high-performance flash security task management platform that streamlined field operations and real-time personnel monitoring. The mobile application, built with React Native (Expo), included modules for job dispatch, task performance tracking, and GPS-based guard supervision. Integrated calendar scheduling for shift planning, NFC tag scanning for location verification, and barcode reader functionality for quick asset identification. Implemented photo capture and automated PDF reporting, allowing supervisors to generate timestamped and geotagged reports directly from field activity logs — significantly reducing manual compliance effort. Leveraged AWS serverless architecture, using Lambda for backend logic, Cognito for secure user authentication, DynamoDB for scalable data storage, and S3 for media asset management. Focused on performance, offline reliability, and real-time synchronization, ensuring seamless task updates even in low-connectivity areas. The deployment achieved a scalable and cost-efficient system for managing distributed security personnel, improving operational transparency and reducing reporting time across multiple client sites.
